摘要
利用SWOT法系统分析了广东省花卉产业的发展现状,运用现代营销理念对广东省花卉产业的发展策略进行了探讨,提出了实施准确的市场定位、建立区域品牌、建设广东"花文化"、完善拍卖服务系统、开拓新型的销售模式和发展创意花卉农业等发展策略,以更好地推动广东省花卉产业快速、可持续地发展。
This paper briefly describeed the current development of Guangdong flowers industry and puts forward systematic SWOT analysis.With the probe into the development strategies of Guangdong flowers industry by applying modern marketing ideas,the essay presents some development tactics as follows: locating market accurately,establishing regional brands,building Guangdong"flower culture idea",consummating auction service system,reclaiming new marketing mode,and developing creative flower agriculture,so as to impulse the rapid and continuable development of Guangdong flower industry.
