Study on the evaluation system for the feasibility of agricultural project——Emergy-based resources and environmental benefits assessment

在"生态文明"科学发展观的倡导下,农业项目的资源环境效益评价备受关注。以能值理论为指导,用一系列能值指标定量评价项目的资源环境效益,在此基础上构建了一套基于熵权的农业项目可行性综合评价指标体系,并选取4个正在运行的项目用该模型进行实证研究,为农业项目的可行性评价提供了一种科学的、操作性强的综合决策方法。

With the influence of Eco-civilization Scientific Development Thought,resources and environmental benefits assessment of agricultural project become more and more important.Based on emergy,the paper had chosen some indexes to measure the resources and environmental benefits of project,and then it had built an entropy weight evaluation system about the feasibility of agricultural project.The paper also had taken four projects as example to make a positive research.
