鸡小肠上皮细胞表面大豆凝集素受体的标记

Labeling of Soybean Agglutinin Binding Sites on Intestinal Epithelial Cells of Chicken

以0日龄海蓝褐蛋鸡为材料,用胶原酶结合组织块培养的方法分离培养了鸡小肠上皮细胞,通过抗角蛋白单克隆抗体对分离的细胞进行纯度鉴定,并用荧光标记大豆凝集素对已鉴定的细胞大豆凝集素结合位点进行了标记。结果表明:试验获得了鸡小肠上皮细胞原代培养物纯度>90%,可用于后续试验,荧光标记表明细胞表面存在大量的大豆凝集素受体。

In this study,intestinal epithelial cells of chicken were isolated and cultured from 0 d old Hy-line variety brown chicken.The cells were identified by the detection of anti-cytokeratin monoclonal antibodies,and the SBA binding sites were detected by using FITC-SBA.The result： the result of anti-cytokeratin detection is positive and the intestinal epithelial cells of chicken with 90% purity were obtained,and FITC-SBA can bind on the surface of the cells.
