基于变频调速和以太网通信的闸门监控系统

摘要 介绍如何将变频调速和以太网通信技术应用于闸门监控系统。详细说明监控系统的总体方案,PLC、变频调速器、闸门开度测量等控制单元设计,可编程控制器软件中的模拟量处理、分段线性化、开门控制流程设计,上位机软件开发等。分析系统在农一师塔里木灌区胜利水库闸门监控中应用的效果和一些关键环节的处理方法。 The paper focuses on the way that how to apply technologies of frequency control and Ethemet-based communication at sluice monitoring system. A detailed illustration is made on general scheme, design of control units such as PLC, frequency converter and monitoring for gate opening, analog value processing and piecewise linearization of PLC software, design of control flows for gate opening and software development for the main computer. The paper also carries out an analysis on its application effects at sluice monitoring of Shengli reservoir of Longyishi in Tarim irrigated area and some processing methods for key points are proposed.
