摘要
介绍了充气式浮选机的工作原理和技术特征。通过对越南HONGAI选煤厂煤泥水处理系统的调试试验,确定选用1+1+1混合流程作为最终浮选流程,总结出入料压力、加药量、入料浓度和粒度分布是决定浮选效果的关键因素。项目投入使用后,HONGAI选煤厂精煤回收率明显提高,洗水浓度得到改善,增加了选煤厂的经济效益和社会效益。
Introduce the operating principle and technical characteristics of pneumatic flotation machine. According to debugging treatment system of coal slurry in HONGAI coal preparation plant in Vietnam, provide taking 1 + 1 + 1 mixing flowsheet as the final flotation method. Summarize that the feeding pressure, the dosage quantity as well as the size distribution and density of the feeding material are the key factors influencing the flotation effect of the pneumatic flotation machine. Clean coal recovery is improved obviously, and washing water quality is also improved after innovation. The plant gets good economic and social benefits.
