介绍了中国石化湖北襄阳石油分公司余家湖油库连续5年被省公司评为安全管理先进单位的经验,他们的做法是:把原则制度具体化、执行流程管理条令化、有效的经验做法规范化;安全管理在精细规范中有效落实;在违章问责中坚持制度落实人人平等、坚持安全检查全程监控、坚持应急处置关口前移、坚持作业信息反馈闭合互动。
The experiences of SINOPEC Hubei Xiangyang Oil Products Company Yujiahu Oil Depot which was awarded as ＂Advanced Safety Management Unit＂ by provincial company for 5 years continuously were introduced, including embodiment of principle rule, implementation of flow management, and standardization of effective experience. They insist on equal principle of everyone during implementing system, overall monitoring during safety inspection, key point forward shift of emergency treatment, close interaction of operation information feedback.
