摘要
作者旨在研制卫生监督中传染病防治监督绩效评估方案,并对其实施效结果进行探讨。研究结果表明:卫生监督传染病防治监督科首先确定传染病防治监督工作岗位,围绕工作岗位形成绩效指标,设定每个岗位的绩效指标的指标值,最后研制绩效评估方案。根据研制的绩效评估方案,对上海市徐汇区卫生局卫生监督所传染病防治监督科2008年第二季度、第三季度卫生监督工作实施绩效评估。通过绩效指标评估对传染病防治监督日常工作进行纠偏,同时通过绩效评估也发现了工作中存在的一些问题。
The purpose of this article is to develop performance evaluation plan for the department of infectious disease monitoring in health inspection and supervision,and discuss the effects.The results show that the positions for infectious disease monitoring were firstly identified by the department and then performance indexes and corresponding values were developed for those positions,thus formulate a performance assessment program.Based on the program,the performance of health supervision work was assessed for the department of infectious disease monitoring in the second and third quarters of 2008.The daily routine work of infectious disease monitoring was corrected via the performance indexes,and at the same time,a few problems were identified during the performance evaluation.
