摘要
文章从食品安全风险评估的性质和保障条件等方面阐述了开展相关工作的要求,进一步分析了国际上相关机构的简况,比较了食品安全风险评估与风险管理、风险交流和安全性评估的联系与区别,探讨了目前存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。
Based on the features and pre-requests of food safety risk assessment, this article explains the requirements for conducting related works. Similar systems of international institutions were analyzed and the relationship and differences among food safety risk assessment, risk management, risk communication and safety assessment werer compared. Currently existing problems were discussed and corresponding suggestions were provided.
