摘要
微博客作为新型社交网络,承载的信息传播速度快、隐蔽性强、影响范围广,在网络舆论中的影响力越来越大。其中负面信息的大面积传播炒作,对公共安全的潜在威胁不容忽视,应从提高事先防范的意识和能力、创新和完善公共安全管理、突出法律和技术手段运用等方面入手,加强监管、导控及事后查办。
As a new kind of social network,micro blog has more and more influence in public opinion.The messages with intense consedment from mirco blog spread faster and has large impact.The negative information spread and specalate in a wide range,which could not be ignored as a potential threat for the public security.For strengthen supervision,guidance-control and investigation afterward,we should start our work from enlarge pre-prevention awareness and ability,innovate public-security management and using law and technology strategy.
