摘要 与传统开腹手术相比,腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快以及切口相关并发症少的优点,目前广泛应用于普外科、妇产科、泌尿科疾病,以及多种良性食管疾病（如贲门失弛缓症、食管裂孔疝、胃食管反流病）的治疗。近20年来,
