经皮穿刺椎间孔镜在腰椎病变中的应用进展 被引量：21

摘要 经皮穿刺椎间孔镜术（percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy,PTED）在局部麻醉下完成手术操作,术中创伤小、出血少、视野清晰,具有安全、对脊柱的稳定性破坏小等优点[1～3],适应证较广泛,近年来被广泛应用于对腰椎退变性疾病的治疗。本文就其发展史、操作方法及适应证、
