白塞综合征致胸主动脉假性动脉瘤破裂的再次腔内治疗

摘要
白塞综合征（Behcet syndrom）是一种复发性口腔、生殖器溃疡及眼部等多器官病变的综合征。发病年龄多较年轻,常累及心血管并出现严重并发症,处理困难,病死率极高[1～4]。我们成功治疗1例白塞综合征致胸主动脉再次假性动脉瘤形成并支气管瘘,术后随访13个月,效果满意,
