Cross-Sectional Investigation on the Sex Health Knowledge and Behavior of Middle School Students In ShenZhen

目的:了解深圳市中学生性健康知识和行为现状,为中学开展性健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法,采用统一问卷收集普通中学、重点中学和职业高中学生现状资料。结果:1.中学生性健康知识掌握较差,平均回答正确率为61.13%;2.高中学生(5.06/8)比初中学生(4.68/8)掌握知识更多,女学生(5.09/8)比男学生(4.70/8)掌握知识更多,职业高中(5.21/8)比普通高中(5.00/8)学生掌握知识更多,差异具有统计学意义;3.找小姐或者卖淫学生占3.5%,接触毒品学生占15.6%,其中主要以职业学校学生为主;4.学生对学校性健康教育满意度差,18.8%的学生满意。结论:深圳中学生性健康知识掌握较差,且部分学生有不安全性行为,应引起重视。

Objectives： To investigate the status of sexual knowledge and behavior of middle school in Shenzhen,so as to provide reference for sexual health education for youth.Methods： The study had selected samples by cluster sampling method.The students＇ information in regular middle schools,key middle school1 and vocational senior middle school were investigated with questionnaires.Results： 1.The sexual knowledge which middle school students were lacking,about the 8 question,the mean correct answer fill rate is 61.13%;2.The high middle school students（5.06/8）＇ sexual knowledge were more than primary middle school students＇（4.68/8）;The girls＇（5.09/8） sexual knowledge were more than boys＇（4.70/8）;the vocational senior middle school students（5.21/8）＇ were more than regular high middle school students＇（5.00/8）,the difference level had statistical significance.3.3.5% of students had found sexual server or had provided sexual server for the money before,15.6% of them had used narcotic drugs before,most of there students were vocational senior middle schools.4.The students＇ degree of satisfaction is worst,only 18.8% of the students were satisfied with sexual health education.Conclusion： Middle school students were lack of sexual knowledge,and part of them had dangerous sexual behavior.These information should be attached importance.
