患者生日与地区代码病案编号系统的应用

目的为方便患者复诊时检索查找病案。方法按照患者身份证地址代码、性别、出生年、月、日给病案编号(类身份证号),编号终身不变,病案由医疗机构保管。复诊时根据患者的出生年、月、日(不论公历、农历)即可查找到病案。结果不论小样本或大样本,计算机或非计算机管理病案,都可以实现方便、快捷地调阅病案。计算机网络管理极具优势。结论编号规则简单、易记住,极大地方便了复诊查找;终生号码不变,在计算机网络化的平台基础上,可以方便地查看其全部健康资料以及实现个人健康信息资源共享。

Objective To improve the return visit reference rate of medical records and to find them easily.Methods Number the medical records（Similar to the ID Number） according to patient ID address code,gender,birth year,month and day.Number was lifelong unchanged.Medical records were kept by the medical establishment.To find medical records by patient birth year,month,day（regardless of the gregorian calendar,lunar calendar）.Results Whether small samples or large samples,medical record management with computer or no-computers,medical records can be achieved quickly and easily found.Large sample computer network management has advantages.Conclusion Number rules are simple,easy to remember.The medical records are very easily to find.You can achieve personal health information resource sharing in the computer network platform.
