摘要
针对卫生信息管理专业学生的毕业实习教学模式进行了研究和探索。成立以科主任为领导,以教学干事为核心、以各专业小组骨干为教师的带教团队。规范以问题为中心(PBL)、以案例为基础CBL)、不同专业组的个性化教学的教学模式。通过毕业实习,使学生进一步巩固和加深对卫生信息管理专业知识的理解,对卫生信息管理在医疗卫生行业的应用有了较深入、系统的认识。
Some research and exploration about practice teaching model had been taken in our department for graduate students of health information management.To set up a teaching team which is composed of the head of department,secretary in charge of teaching and each professional team backbone.To build a individualized teaching model of different professional groups with problem-based learning(PBL) and case-based learning(CBL).Through graduation practice,enable students to deepen their understanding of health information management and its application.
