摘要
在对芫花化学成分预试的基础上,用生长速率法测定了芫花乙醇提取物对8种植物病原菌的抑菌活性。化学成分预试结果表明,芫花含有生物碱、甾体、萜类、黄酮及苷类、强心苷、氨基酸等化合物。当供试浓度为0.1 g/mL(干样)时,72 h抑制效果测定结果显示,芫花乙醇提取物对小麦全蚀病菌的抑制率达到63.86%,对辣椒疫霉病菌的抑制率达到60.12%,对番茄灰霉病病原菌的抑制率达到55.96%,并且表现出较好的抑菌持续效果。对其他的病原菌抑菌效果低于50.00%,抑菌持续效果不佳。
Chemical components test showed that Daphne genkwa flowers contained alkaloid,steroidal,terpene,flavone and flavonoid glycoside as well as cardiac glycoside,amino acids and so on.At the same time,antifungal activity of the ethanol extracts from Daphne genkwa was determined against 8 plant pathogens using a growth rate method.The ethanol extracts showed strong inhibitory activity against Gaeumannomyces graminis,Phytophora capsici,and Botrytis cinerea with a concentration of 0.1 g D.W./mL,and the inhibition rates were 63.86%,60.12% and 55.96%,respectively.The inhibitory rates of the ethanol extracts against other test fungi were below 50.00% without well persistent inhibitory effectiveness.
