通过建立博弈模型进行分析得出:相比商品契约,要素契约的稳定性更强,更有利于长期、专业性投资,推进农业产业化经营。最后,对实现农业产业化经营的途径选择提出思考。

This paper mainly mades a game model to analyze and got a conclusion： Compared to the contract of goods,the stability of the contract of elements was better which was more conducitive to long term,specific investment and agricultural industrialization.At the end,a constructive advice was given to the approach to agricultural industrialization.
