摘要
目的识别多晶硅生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素,确定其对劳动者健康危害程度,并对防护措施效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检查表、检测检验等方法进行定性和定量分析与评价。结果该项目中存在的有害因素为噪声、工频电场、高频电磁场,氯、氯化氢及盐酸、氢氟酸、氢氧化钠、粉尘等,其中噪声检测38个点,强度为55.2~95.2 dB(A),有10个点的噪声>85 dB(A);工频电场共检测了10个点,强度为3.95~2 490 V/m;高频电磁场共检测12个点,强度为0.93~4.19 V/m;氯、氯化氢及盐酸、氟化氢、氢氧化钠均未检出;粉尘浓度为0.31~1.04 mg/m3。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,部分防护设施需进一步改善。
Objective To identify the occupational hazards in the production process of polysilicon,confirm the risk degree for workers' health and evaluate the effect of protective measures.Methods The methods of occupational field investigation,checklist,inspection and testing were used for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation.Results Hazard factors in the project were noise,power frequency electric field,high frequency electromagnetic field,chlorine,hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid,and hydrofluoric acid,sodium hydroxide and dust.The intensities of noise ranged from 55.2 dB(A) to 95.2 dB(A)in 38 points,10 points exceeded the national allowable limits(85 dB(A));power frequency electric field were detected in 10 points,which ranged from 3.95 V/m to 2 490 V/m;high frequency electromagnetic fields were detected in 12 worksites and the intensities were 0.93-4.19 V/m;chlorine,hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide were not detected;the dust concentrations were from 0.31 mg/m3 to 1.04 mg/m3.Conclusion The project is a serious occupational construction project.Some protection facilities should be further improved.
