某烟草公司造纸法烟草薄片建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards for Construction Project of Papermaking-Reconstituted Tobacco Slice in Tobacco Company

目的对某公司年产1万t造纸法烟草薄片建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工程分析、检测检验等方法,评价其职业病危害程度和防护措施效果。结果该建设项目选址、总平面布局、职业病危害防护设施设计、辅助卫生用室设置等符合国家有关规定。工作场所职业病危害因素检测结果表明,粉尘、噪声有超标现象,有毒物质检测合格率100%,部分岗位存在高温作业。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生要求,但需加强粉尘、噪声控制和佩戴个人防护用品。

Objective To evaluate occupational hazards control for 10 000 tons annually production construction project of papermaking-reconstructed tobacco slice.Methods The harmful levels of occupational hazards and the effect of protective measures were evaluated by field occupational health survey,engineering analysis,detection and test.Results The items of location selection,the general two-dimensional layout,the design of occupational hazards protection facilities and auxiliary rooms met with the national relative regulations.The test results of occupational hazards factors showed that there were some exceeding indices existed in dust and noise levels.The qualified rate of toxicants was 100%,there still had some posts where people worked in high temperature condition.Conclusion The effect of evaluation on occupational hazards control of construction project meets the occupational health requirements,but the dust and noise control need to be strengthened and personal protective equipments and articles should be managed.
