穴位敷贴佐治儿童哮喘性支气管炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on childhood asthmatic bronchitis treated by point application

目的：观察穴位敷贴佐治儿童哮喘性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合哮喘性支气管炎诊断标准的患儿随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组40例在常规治疗基础上采用穴位敷贴治疗，取穴双侧肺俞穴、大椎穴、膻中穴。每次敷贴4—8小时，隔日一次。连贴3次为一个疗程。对照组40例给予常规药物治疗。结果：治疗组在喘息消失时间，咳嗽消失时间，肺部哆音消失时间均短于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：穴位敷贴是治疗儿童哮喘性支气管炎有效的佐治方法，临床疗效确切，无明显副作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of point application on childhood asthmatic bronchitis. Method：Eighty children with asthmatic bronchitis were divided into treatment group or control group randomly and evenly. 40 cases in the treatment group practicing routine medicamentous treatment in the foundation were given the point application on Feishu, Dazhui, Shanzhong, each time 4 - 8 hours., every other day spreads 1 time, 3 days as one course. 40 cases in the control group were given ratine medicamentous treatment. Result The duration of pant, cough, rales vanishing were statistically shorter in the treatment group than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） Conclusion Point application is an effective method in the adjuvant of childhood asthmatic bronchitis. It＇s a security and effective method.
