0—3岁幼儿语言发育关注活动的影响初探

摘要 目的:提高儿童保健人员对小儿语言进程干预的认识,进一步探索相关时机扣社会性干预形式。方法:对参加过语言发育调查和咨询过的儿童家长进行电话跟踪随访,随机抽取未参加该项一对一标化活动的儿童家长做为对照组,进行问卷调查。结果:在2~4岁之间接受调查的儿童家长问卷中发现,经过0—3岁语言智力发育调查活动的家长,即随访组,对问卷的反馈及对幼儿表现的满意度明显高于对照组。结论:开展小儿语言发育关注的活动明显促进了儿童身心健康的发展,如何抓住关键时期提高0-3岁婴幼儿的听力、理解能力及扩充词汇量。及时准确地把握语言规则将具有特别重要的意义。特别是独生子女的现代社会,在对促进小儿智能发育特别是社会性、团体性意识发展有其明显的必要性扣紧迫性。 Objective : Child care workers to improve the process of intervention in children's understanding of language to further explore the timing and related forms of social intervention.
