目的：提高儿童保健人员对小儿语言进程干预的认识，进一步探索相关时机扣社会性干预形式。方法：对参加过语言发育调查和咨询过的儿童家长进行电话跟踪随访，随机抽取未参加该项一对一标化活动的儿童家长做为对照组，进行问卷调查。结果：在2～4岁之间接受调查的儿童家长问卷中发现，经过0—3岁语言智力发育调查活动的家长，即随访组，对问卷的反馈及对幼儿表现的满意度明显高于对照组。结论：开展小儿语言发育关注的活动明显促进了儿童身心健康的发展，如何抓住关键时期提高0-3岁婴幼儿的听力、理解能力及扩充词汇量。及时准确地把握语言规则将具有特别重要的意义。特别是独生子女的现代社会，在对促进小儿智能发育特别是社会性、团体性意识发展有其明显的必要性扣紧迫性。
