摘要
目的：研究ISA对致突变性的影响。方法：采用Ames试验常规方法进行检测。结果：10000μg／皿、25000μg／皿、50000μg/皿剂量的3种不同浓度ISA在加与不加体外代谢活化系统S9时，TA97，TA98、TA100和TA102的诱发回变菌落数与对照组比较。均未超过自发回变菌落数的2倍，即未呈现致突变作用。结论：ISA对TA测试菌无明显致突变性。
Objective To investigate the effect of ISA on mutagenicity. Methods The studies were conducted with Ames test. Results The colonies numbers in bacterial strains TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102, reverse mutation induced by ISA with different doses , was not increased under mixing S9 or non - mixing S9 compared with control group, and no more than 2 times that of the selfinduced. Conclusion No mutagenicity was observed with ISA in this study.
