无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭疗效观察

目的：探讨无创呼吸机（BiPAP）治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭（COPD）的疗效。方法：对26例慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者应用BiPAP呼吸机进行通气治疗，观察分析治疗前后4h、24h、48h的生命体征、血气变化和肺功能。结果：治疗后患者血气分析、肺功能及呼吸、心率均得到改善，血气指标PaO2、SaO2明显上升，PaCO2明显下降。结论：BiPAP呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭有显著疗效。

Objective To investigate the non -invasive ventilation （BiPAP） treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Ⅱ respiratory failure （COPD） results. Methods 26 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure type Ⅱ BiPAP ventilator for ventilation, observing and analyzing the before and after treatment 4h, 24h, 48h of vital signs, blood gas changes and pulmonary function. Results After treatment, blood gas analysis, pulmonary function and respiratory and heart rate were improved blood gas PaO2 , SaO2 increased significantly, PaCO2 decreased significantly. Conclusion BiPAP ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Ⅱ respiratory failure have a significant effect.
