长治市郊区长安慈善学校首次肺结核暴发流行调查报告

目的：了解长治长安慈善学校中学生结核杆菌感粢及肺结核患病情况，为做好学校结核病防治工作提供依据。方法：对长治长安慈善学校全体师生1080人采用PPD试验，对强阳性和症状可疑者进行拍片检查和痰检。结果：确诊活动性肺结桉病42例，疑似肺结棱病例35例。结论：参照疾病暴发流行标准，确定该学校为结核病局部暴发。
