一种季铵盐阳离子涂覆型抗静电剂的制备研究

Preparation of Coating Quaternary Cationic Antistatic Agent

采用自制季铵盐、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、无水乙醇等为原料,通过无规共聚反应制备了一种新型的涂覆高分子抗静电剂。探讨了自制季铵盐的含量以及空气湿度对该抗静电剂的表面电阻的影响,以及苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯的配比对产品的附着力的影响。

With homemade quaternary ammonium salt,styrene,n-butyl acrylate and anhydrous ethanol,a new coating polymer antistatic agent was prepared by random polymerization.Influence of fractions of homemade quaternary ammonium salt and air humidity on surface resistance of the antistatic agent was discussed.And in-fluence of ratios of styrene to n-butyl acrylate on the adhesion of the antistatic agent was discussed.
