摘要
一直以来制浆废水的处理都是一个重要的难题,以福建龙岩造纸厂提供的制浆废水数据为依据,对龙岩造纸厂马尾松BCTMP机装生产线化学机械浆废水做了大量实验和现场测试,发现马尾松BCTMP废水属高难度处理的有机废水。经过反复调研、系统试验、多方论证,提出了针网→初沉→水解→升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)厌氧→曝气→混凝的制浆废水处理工艺,并应用于实际生产中。采用UASB回流式厌氧技术,废水净化率高,解决了用普通活性污泥法处理高温废水易发生污泥膨胀的难题。
For a long time,the pulping wastewater treatment had been an important problem in our country.Based on the wastewater data of Fujian Longyan paper mill supplier,a lot of field tests and experiments were carried out according to the Longyan paper mill wastewater.It was found that Masson's pine BCTMP wastewater was a high-difficulty to treat of organic wastewater.After repeated research,system experiment and many aspects demonstration,a new treating process of wastewater with the sequence of Slope wire filtration→primary deposition→hydrolysis→UASB anaerobic treatment→aeration→Coagulation was put forward by the XiaMen Luhai Tech Engineering Co.Ltd.,and applied to actual production.Using UASB anaerobic technology,with a higher ratio of wastewater purification and the sludge swelling problem common in treating effluent in high temperature by the ordinary activated sludge process was thus solved.
