大面积单瓣吻合术在泪囊炎治疗中的应用

目的:探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床技巧和方法。方法:150例泪囊炎采用大面积单瓣吻合术合并丝裂霉素并用,观察术后泪道通畅情况。结果:150例术后成功率96.3%。结论:大面积单瓣吻合术合并丝裂霉素应用是慢性泪囊炎治疗的理想而又实用的方法。

Objective： To explore the clinical dacryocystorhinostomy techniques and methods. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 150 cases with dacryocystitis large single anastomosis with the merger with silk crack of lacrimal duct unobstructed. Results： 150 cases of postoperative rate was 96. 3%. Conclusion： Large area single anastomosis merger with silk crack application is chronic dacryocystitis treatment of ideal and practical method.
