摘要
目的掌握张掖市城区蝇类的种群分布、生态习性及季节消长等变化规律,更好地控制蝇类的孳生与繁殖,为蝇类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法。结果 2006-2010年共捕获成蝇2 323只,分属3科9属13种。总平均密度为3.8 7只/笼,其中:2006年密度最高为5.2 2只/笼;其次是2009年为4.5 9只/笼;密度最低的是2008年为2.9 0只/笼。2007和2010年密度分别为3.50和3.15只/笼;优势种为家蝇。结论不同季节、不同生境蝇类密度及种群构成均有所不同,气温、孳生环境和防治措施为主要影响因素。在蝇类繁殖高峰前及早开展以环境治理为主、化学防治为辅的综合防治措施,有效降低蝇密度,以达到控制传染病发生与流行的目的。
Objective To grasp the population distribution,ecology habit and seasonal fluctuation of flies in Zhangye city,and provide scientific basis for controlling flies.Methods Using cone traps.Results In 2006-2010,totally 2 323 flies were captured which belonged to 13 species,9 genera and 3 families.The total average density was 3.87 pieces per cage.The density was the highest in 2006 which was 5.22 pieces per cage.The second density was in 2009 which was 4.59 picecs per cage.The lowest density was in 2008 which was 2.90 pieces per cage.In 2007 and 2010,the density were 3.50 and 3.15 pieces per cage respectively.The dominant species was Musca domestica.Conclusion The flies density and population are different according to the different season and habitat.Temperature,breeding environment,prevention and control measures are the main influencing factors.It is necessary to take environmental management primarily,chemical counter-measures as the auxiliary prevention measures before early breeding peak occurs,so that control of infectious disease and popular purpose can be achieved.
