摘要 目的探讨健康教育模式对老年糖尿病患者认知功能康复作用的影响。方法将120例老年糖尿病住院患者随机分成两组,观察组采用有计划的多种健康教育方式进行多次教育,对照组仅进行入院常规宣教,采用事件相关电位P300和威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)于干预前和干预后2个月时进行认知功能评定。结果两组在健康教育治疗前事件相关电位P300和WCST各项指标差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),干预后两组事件相关电位成分中N2、P3波潜伏期较治疗前缩短,P3波幅增高,而观察组改变更为明显,两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后两组WCST与治疗前相比,总测验次数、持续错误数及随机错误数均减少,正确数及分类数治疗后较治疗前增加,两组相比观察组改变更明显,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论有计划的健康教育更有助于老年糖尿病患者的认知功能康复。 Objective To explore the effects of different health education mode on the rehabilitation of cognition with senile diabetes patients.Methods 120 patients of senile diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,multiple designed health educations were used to the observed group,while the control group only accepted the routine publicity after the hospital admission.Cognition assessment by event-related potential P300 and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST)were used for the two groups before treatment and two months after intervention.Results There were no significant difference between in the indexes of event-related potential and WCST of the two groups before treatment(P0.05),after intervention,the latency of N2,P3 of event-related potential and the amplitude of P3 were shorter and higher than before treatment,but the observed group changed more obviously,there were a significant difference in the two groups(P0.01),after intervention,the total trials,persistent errors,random errors,corrects and classifies of WCST with the two groups had better than those in pro-treatment,but the observed group changed more obviously,there were a significant difference in the two groups(P0.01).Conclusions Planned health education is an effective means to helps to improve the cognition with senile diabetes patients.
