摘要
目的探索非小细胞肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移有效的诊断方法,使用PET/CT的结果性分析。方法应用PET/CT进行临床分析,并结合病理、手术等结果,进行对比性研究。结果 PET/CT诊断非小细胞肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移的敏感度83.7%、特异度89.0%、阳性77.4%和阴性预告值92.4%。结论 PET/CT诊断非小细胞肺癌纵隔淋巴结转移有良好的效果。
Objective To explore the effective diagnosis method on mediastinal lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods By using PET/CT,combined with pathologic results and operation results for the comparative research.Results The sensitivity of diagnosis of PET/CT was 83.7%;specific degrees was 89.0%;while the positive and negative forecast values were 77.4% and 92.4%.Conclusion Application of PET/CT were effective for the diagnosis on mediastinal lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.
