中药临床疗效评价思路与方法探析

Discussion on Evaluation Methods of Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicines

中药临床疗效评价是在中医药理论指导下,应用循证医学和药物流行病学等方法对中药临床使用的效果进行分析与判断。科学、客观地评价中药临床疗效需做到两个方面:其一是要体现中医药理论特点和临床治疗原则;其二是要借鉴现代医学的疗效评价理念和方法。本文着重从"证候的规范化"、"疗效评价的量化"、"生命质量概念"和"循证医学"四个方面对中药临床疗效评价思路与方法进行探讨。

Clinical evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine should be guided by the theory of Chinese medicine and the evidence-based medicine and pharmacoepidemiology should be applied to analyze the effects of Chinese medicine. In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine scientifically and objectively,attentions should be paid to the following two aspects：to reflect characteristics or clinical principles of Chinese medicine, and to draw on modern methods and concept for evaluation of medicine efficacy. This article mainly discussed syndrome standardization, quantitative evaluation of efficacy, the concept of quality of life and evidence-based medicine to analyze the clinical evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
