摘要
选取全国不同时限、不同样本量监测点医院的药物临床应用信息,统计其中头孢菌素的购药金额、使用量,分析其临床应用情况。监测点医院目前临床用头孢菌素存在用药量大、用药品种多、求高求新的现象,亟待采取更加合理的措施对头孢菌素的使用量进行控制和管理。
The clinical application of cephalosporins was analyzed with the data collected from the monitoring stations of medical institutions in different period of time or in different size of samples.The amount of expenditure and consumption of cephalosporins were statistically analyzed. It was showed that the big consumption of various cephalosporins still existed and new type of cephalosporin was demanded. Appropriate measures should be taken to control the use of cephalosporins.
