The definition, classification of drug interaction, and the purpose and significance of the research on drug interaction were introduced briefly in this article. This article also introduced and analyzed the structures, contents and features of several drug interaction databases which are widely used and have great influence abroad, so as to provide information for domestic health professionals to learn and research on drug interaction.
