参一胶囊联合XELOX方案治疗老年晚期大肠癌的临床观察

Theatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma by Shenyi capsule and XELOX regimen in elders

目的观察参一胶囊联合XELOX方案治疗老年晚期大肠癌的临床效果。方法 68例老年晚期大肠癌患者随机分组,治疗组35例,参一胶囊+XELOX方案;对照组33例,仅XELOX方案。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者的近期有效率、临床获益率(疾病控制率)分别为57.1%、85.7%,均明显高于对照组的33.3%、63.6%,且有统计学上显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组的血液学毒性也较对照组轻,统计学上显著差异(P<0.05)。结论参一胶囊联合XELOX方案对治疗老年晚期大肠癌患者具有一定的增效减毒作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenyi capsules combined with XELOX regimen in treatment of ad- vanced colon cancer in elders. Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-five patients in the treatment group were treated by Shenyi capsules plus XELOX regimen, and thirty-three patients in the control group only underwent XELOX regimen. Results The response rate was 57. 1% and 33.3% in treatment group and control group, respectively （P 〈0. 05）. The clinical benefit rate （ disease control rate） was 85.7% and 63.6% in two groups, respectively （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. A lower response rate of leucopenia occurred in treatment group compared with that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shenyi capsules combined with XELOX regimen can enhance the therapeutic effects and decrease the side effects of chemotherapy in the elder patients with. colorectal carcinoma.
