尿路上皮癌组织学变异型的临床及病理特征 被引量：2

摘要 尿路上皮癌是膀胱癌中最常见的一种，占膀胱癌的90％-95％，大部分表现为单纯的尿路上皮癌。尿路上皮癌有很多不同的组织学变异型，各种变异型的临床及病理特征、治疗及预后与普通的尿路上皮癌不同，并且易与良性病变如腺性膀胱炎、肾源性化生、副神经节瘤等混淆。现拟对尿路上皮癌组织学变异型的临床特征、病理诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗和预后进行探讨，旨在提高临床及病理医师对尿路上皮癌各种组织学变异型的认识。
