抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体检测在类风湿关节炎中的诊断意义

Diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody detection for Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的评价抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗CCP抗体)检测在类风湿性关节炎(RA)中的诊断价值。方法抗CCP抗体的检测采用ELISA法,类风湿因子(RF)的测定采用免疫比浊法。结果抗CCP抗体诊断RA的敏感性为68.75%,特异性为97.62%,RF诊断RA的敏感性为78,75%特异性为65.85%。敏感性差异无统计学意义,而特异性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗CCP抗体阳性有利于早期的RA的诊断。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody（anti-CCP antibody） detection for Rheumatoid Arthritis. Methods Anti-CCP antibody was detected by ELISA.Rheumatoid factor（RF） was detected by immunoturbidimetry.Results The sensitivity of the diagnosis for RA by anti-CCP antibody was 68.75%and the specificity was 97.62%.The sensitivity of the diagnosis for RA by RF was 78.75%and the specificity was 65.85%.There wasn＇t statistic significance for the sensitivity difference and there was statistic significance for the specificity difference（P0.05）.Conclusion The positive of Anti-CCP antibody is good for early diagnosis of RA.
