我院首次现患率调查分析

Analysis on the prevalence survey for the first time of our hospital

目的通过了解我院首次现患率调查,为今后现患率调查顺利完成做准备。方法采用床旁调查和病历调查相结合的方式,填写"医院感染横断面调查个案登记表",对全院调查日1天内的所有住院患者进行感染情况调查。结果共调查661例,发生社区感染109例,社区感染现患率16.49%,发生医院感染10例,医院感染现患率为1.51%。结论我院首次现患率调查方法可行,通过现患率调查能如实反映我院住院患者感染情况,有利于预防和控制医院感染的工作。

Objective Through the prevalence survey for the first time of our hospital,prevalence survey for future successful completion of preparation. Methods All patients in the hospital at the same time were investigated the nosocomial infection by bed-visiting and patients medical checking,and recorded ＂Cross-sectional survey of nosocomial infection cases in the registration form＂.Results 661 patients were investigated,109cases of community acquired infection occurred,the point prevalence were 16.49%,10 cases of hospital Infection,the point prevalence were 1.51%.Conclusions The first time in our hospital prevalence survey method is feasible,through the prevalence survey to reflect the true infection in our hospital patients,Is advantageous in prevents and controls the nosocomial infection the work.
