ET-1和HIF-1在门脉高压性胃病中的研究进展

Advances in understanding the roles of Endothelin-1 and Hypoxia inducible factor-1 in the portal hypertensive Gastropathy

门脉高压性胃病(PHG)是肝硬化的一种胃肠道表现,也是肝硬化导致上消化道出血的一个重要原因。近年来,对PHG发病的相关分子机制已进行了广泛而深入的研究,尤其是对内皮素1(ET-1)和缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)的研究,为进一步探讨PHG的分子病因、治疗及预后评估奠定了基础。本研究就近年来ET-1和HIF-1在门脉高压性胃病中的研究做一总结。

Portal hypertensive gastropathy（PHG） is a gastrointestinal manifestations of liver cirrhosis,also is an important reason of upper gastrointestinal bleeding which is caused by liver cirrhosis.In recent years,molecular mechanism of pathogenesis of PHG has carried out extensive and in-depth study, especially for endothelin -1（ET-1） and hypoxia inducible factor -1（HIF-1）,to further explore the molecular etiology、treatment and prognosis of PHG laid a foundation.This article aims to summarize the study of ET-1 and HIF-1 in portal hypertensive gastropathy in recent years.
