摘要
目的探讨实践全程的、安全的、人性化的护理工作模式。方法以整体护理为基础,以人文精神为指导,以全国"优质护理服务示范工程"活动为契机,构建从病人入院到出院"全程的、安全的和人性化护理"的工作模式。结果开展了新的护理工作模式后,病人对护理工作满意度明显提高。结论新型护理工作模式的实施,充实了护理工作的服务内涵,优化了护理工作流程,使整体护理得到了可持续发展,契合"夯实基础护理,提供满意服务"主题,护理工作基本实现了"以病人为中心,全面提高医疗服务质量"的管理目标,达到了"患者满意、社会满意、政府满意"的活动目标。
objective To investigate the whole,safe and humanistic nursing work patterns.Methods We constructed＂ the whole,safe and humanistic. nursing＂ work mode from admission to discharge,based on whole nursing,and the humanist spirit for guidance.results Patient satisfaction has been obviously improved after we conducted new nursing work patterns.Conclusion The implementation of the new nursing mode enriched the nursing service connotation,optimized the nursing process,We maked the whole nursing get the sustainable development,and tallied with ＂ tampe basic nursing,provide Satisfactory service＂ activity theme,Nursing realized essential the ＂patient-centered,improve medical service quality＂ management goal,and reached the ＂patient satisfaction,social satisfaction,government satisfaction＂ moving target.
