摘要
采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、C18等柱色谱方法对新疆一枝蒿Artemisia rupestris L.干燥地上部位的醇提物进行分离纯化,得到16个化合物(1~16)。通过1H NMR、13C NMR等波谱技术,16个化合物的结构分别鉴定为:一枝蒿酮酸(1),12-hydroxy-4,11(13)-guaiadien-3-one(2),木犀草素(3),5,7-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基黄酮(4),木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),木犀草素7-O-[α-L-木糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖](6),蒙花苷(7),槲皮素(8),石吊兰素(9),栀子素丁(10),茵芋苷(11),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12),1,2-O-异丙叉基-α-D-呋喃葡萄糖苷(13),天师酸(14),β-谷甾醇(15),胡萝卜苷(16)。其中化合物2,4,6,9,11~14均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
From the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Artemisia rupestris,sixteen compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and C18.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic techniques(1H NMR,13C NMR and so on) as: rupestonic acid(1),12-hydroxy-4,11(13)-guaiadi-en-3-one(2),luteolin(3),5,7-dihydroxy-3',4'-dimethoxyflavone(4),luteolin 7-O-β-D-glucoside(5),luteolin 7-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside](6),linarin(7),quercetin(8),nevadensin(9),gardenin D(10),skimmin(11),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),1,2-isopropylidene-α-D-glucopyranose(13),tianshic acid(14),β-sitosterol(15) and daucosterol(16).Among them,compounds 2,4,6,9,11-14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
