摘要
以钛酸正丁酯(TBT)、甲苯和四氯化钛为主要原料,采用溶剂热合成法制备了分级的海胆状氧化钛颗粒,利用化学镀法在其表面镀覆金属银,然后将镀覆银后的颗粒(Ag@TiO2)分散于无水乙醇中,采用流动沉积覆膜的方式,使颗粒均匀地覆盖在涂有PVA的氧化铟锡导电玻璃(ITOG)或普通玻璃(G)基底上。通过组合,制备了结构为ITOG(G)+PVA+Ag@TiO2+PVA+ITOG(G)的材料,测试发现该材料在可见光波段存在明显的透射通带和平板聚焦现象。
Tetrabutyl titanate(TBT), toluene, titanium tetrachloride were used to synthesize hierarchical urchin-like titanium dioxide particles by solvothermal reactions. A kind of traditional method called chemical plating was used to deposit appropriate silver onto the surface of particles uniformly. A certain amount of particles were dispersed into absolute ethyl alcohol appropriately and flew the mixture onto the surface of indium tin oxide coated glass slide or common glass covered with a layer of polyvinyl acetate(PVA) in advance by fluid-flowing-forming film method. In the end, a kind of material with the structure ITOG(G)+PVA+Ag@TiO2+PVA+ITOG(G) was fabricated by orga- nizing in certain order. After several tests, apparent transmission bandpass and plate focusing phenomenon were found in several kinds of monochromatic lights of visible light wave band.
