摘要
以ZrOCl2·8H2O和蔗糖为主要原料,通过溶胶-凝胶电解法制备了Al2O3-3Y-TZP凝胶纤维,采用SEM、XRD、BET吸附等考察了N2气氛预烧结后Al2O3-3Y-TZP陶瓷纤维的微观结构变化。结果表明,经过N2气氛预烧结处理后,纤维致密度明显提高,在1400℃高温烧结30min后,组成纤维的晶粒粒径约为200nm。
Al2O3 3Y-TZP zireonia fiber was obtained by electrolysis-sol-gel method using zirconium oxychloride octahydrate and sucrose as raw materials. BET, XRD and SEM techniques were used to investigate the effects of nitrogen gas pre-thermal treatment on the changes in the microstructure of Al2O3 3Y-TZP fibers. The results show that fiber density markedly improved. Sintered at 1400℃ for 30min in the air, the Al2O3 3Y-TZP fibers composed of the 200nm zirconia grains can be obtained.
