工艺条件对Al(OH_3)-Y(OH_3)/ZrB_2复合粉体包裹效果的影响研究

摘要 二硼化锆(ZrB2)具有许多优异的物理和化学性能,因此其应用非常广泛。为了改善ZrB2难于致密化和高温下易氧化的缺点,采用共沉淀法研究了pH值、溶液浓度、滴定速度和反应时间对Al(OH3)-Y(OH)3/ZrB2复合粉体包裹效果的影响,通过透射电镜表征技术对各种工艺制备的复合粉体进行形貌分析,得出适宜的包裹条件分别为pH=9,溶液浓度为[Al3+]=0.017mol/L、[Y3+]=0.01mol/L,滴定速度为0.05mL/s,反应时间为60min。 Zirconium diboride(ZrB2 ) has some excellent physical performance and chemical stability, it has been widely applied in a lot of fields. In order to improve disadvantages of ZrB2 that the sintering densification of ZrB2 is too difficult, and it is easily oxidized at high temperature, the effect of technological condition on the microphotograph of Al-(OH)3-Y(OH)a/ZrB2 composite powders is researched by the coprecipitation method. Through analysis with TEM, the conditions of synthesizing Al(OH)3-Y(OH)a/ZrB2 composite particles with the better coating quality are that pH=9, the appropriate eoncentration([Al3+] =0. 017mol/L, [Y3+] =0. 01mol/L) of solution, titration speed for 0. 05mL/s and reaction time for 60min, respectively.
