Strategic Considerations About Balancing Urban with Rural Transportation Development of Zhejiang Provincial

交通是统筹城乡发展的重要基础条件。从统筹城乡发展的内涵出发,探讨了统筹城乡发展与统筹城乡交通发展的内在关系。在分析浙江省统筹城乡交通发展现实条件的基础上,提出了交通发展的战略目标、战略思路和战略重点,并从理念、政策、行动等方面提出对策建议。

Traffic is an important basing condition on balaning urban with rural development.In terms of the idea,its internal relation between the urban and rural development and the transportation development is discussed.On the basis of realistic conditions on analysis of Zhenjiang Provincial balanced urban and rural transportation development,the strategic target,strategic mentality and strategic priority of transportation development in balancing urban with rural development of Zhejiang Province are proposed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are supported from aspect of philosophy,policies and actions.
