摘要
分析了Evotherm温拌技术的作用原理,采用常规的材料和级配进行温拌混合料的配合比设计。通过试验路的铺筑和检测,对比分析了温拌沥青混合料和热拌沥青混合料的各项路用性能指标。结果表明,温拌技术可降低沥青混合料的拌和和碾压温度约30℃,其各项路用性能指标均满足规范要求,达到与热拌沥青相当的路用性能,同时节约了大量燃油,减少了有害气体排放,具有较好的社会效益和环境效益。
The mechanism of Evotherm Warm-Mix Asphalt is analyzed and the mix proportion design is made by conventional material and gradation.The road performances of WMA and HMA are compared by the testing on experimental road.The results show that the mixing temperature and rolling temperature of WMA are reduced by 30℃.The road performances of WMA are approximately equal to HMA and meet the requirements of design code.The fuel is saved and the emission of harmful gas is reduced by the technology of Evotherm WMA.Thus,social benefit and environmental benefit can be achieved.
