江海长石在等静压棒型产品中的应用试验

抚顺江海钾长石原料具有钾高钠低的特性,应用该长石原料在等静压坯料配方中,可以提高大型产品的高温荷重性能,拓宽长石原料的供应局面。分析了江海长石的化学物理性能,并将江海长石原料添加在等静压坯料中进行试验,实验结果表明,江海长石原料可以在等静压坯料配方中应用,同时注意使用比例、烧成制度的调整及优化。

The application of the raw materials in isostatic pressing blank formulations can increase the high temperature load performance of large-scale products, and expand the supply situation of feldspar raw material. The chemical and physical properties of Jianghai feldspar are analyzed, the Jianghai feldspar raw material is added in isostatie pressing blank for test, the test result shows that, Jianghai feldspar raw material can be used in isostatie pressing blank, meanwhile the use proportion, firing system adjustment and optimization should be noticed.
