摘要
通过对真空练泥在电瓷湿法(即可塑法)生产过程中所起的作用,介绍了电瓷行业湿法成型所用1 000型真空练泥机的工艺筒研制与应用、以及工艺筒对改善练泥质量所起的重要作用,并结合生产实际对新型工艺筒重要工艺参数的确定进行了分析。真空练泥的主要作用是破坏筒内挤制泥料的定向排列结构、改善泥料的致密度和均匀性,提高坯、瓷检合格率及产品的瓷质性能;真空练泥机的工艺筒有逐级压缩圆锥形套筒、鼓形套筒两种,使用时须采用与泥料性质相适应的机头和出泥嘴、并采用其适宜的组合形式及合理的长度、直径、锥角,才能得到均匀、致密、一定形状和尺寸的泥段。
