Research and Design of Signaling Surge Protective Device in the Industrial Control Systems

摘要 根据工业控制系统中传输信号的特点,针对工业传感器输出4~20 mA直流信号,结合理论分析,提出一种带有滤波功能信号的SPD结构设计方案。通过大量的实验以及Ca-dence电路仿真,验证了该信号SPD具有较好的滤波功能,且在电涌电流冲击测试下能够有效地将残压限制在设备耐受的范围内。该电涌保护器在改进了退耦网络部分后,不仅起到对雷电波的抑制,更能对工业控制系统中的各种高频干扰信号进行滤除,保证信号传输系统工作稳定。 Based on the characteristics of transmission signaling in industrial control systems, for industrial sensor which output 4- 20 mA DC signals, and combined with theoretical analysis, there came ont a design project about the signaling SPD with filtering structure. Through a large number of experiments and the Cadence circuit simulation, it verified that the signal SPD had good filter discrimination. And under the impulse tests of surge current, it can effectively limit the residual voltage within the tolerance which the device can take. The SPD which improved decoupling network portion can not only inhibit the lightning wave, but also filter out high frequency interference signal in the industrial control system, ensuring that the signal transmission system is stable.
