Improvement of Start Loop of Crane Grab Motor

云硫化工厂交流桥式起重机开闭电机一直采用原始的时间继电器延时短接转子串接电阻器的起动方式,经常出现继电器触点灼烧的现象。采用可控硅来实现对转子起动回路电阻的短路切除,很好地解决了此问题。

The starting method of crane open-close motor uses original time relay delay and short circuit of Rotor series resistor,which often cause relay contact ignition.A good solution to this problem is using SCR to implementing cut short of rotor resistance starting circuit.
