基于智能控制方法的风力发电系统的变桨距控制器

摘要 以对风力发电机系统进行功率控制为目的,提出基于智能控制方法的变桨距控制器的设计。风力发电系统结构复杂,具有非线性、时变的特点,单纯的模糊控制和PID控制都不能取得良好的控制效果。针对这一问题,提出风力发电系统模糊PID双模变桨距控制策略。使用Matlab中的Simulink组件建立系统模型,进行仿真试验。仿真结果表明,使用模糊PID双模控制变桨距控制器的风力发电系统确实具有较好的动态性能、收敛速度和静态误差。 The design of variable-pitch control of the wind turbine generator system(WTGS)is proposed in order to control the output power of wind turbine.The mathematical mod el of the wind power generation system is complex,and has the features of nonlinear,time changing and coupling.Neither simple fuzzy control nor PID control can attain good control effect.According to the above characteristics,a fuzzy PID dual-mode adjustable pitch control scheme for wind generation system was proposed.The Matlab simulation result shows that the new WTGS has the better dynamic function converge speed and less error.
